START OF NAVIGATION IN ST. PETERSBURG

The long-awaited event for residents and guests of the city - the beginning of navigation in St. Petersburg! This year navigation will start on the 27th of April. It means that from the 27th of April it will be possible to enjoy excursions along the rivers and canals of the city again.

DAY 1. SOCHI

Arrival in Sochi. Transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.

City tour of Sochi including visits to the Olympic Park (Sochi hosted Olympics in 2014).

Sochi city tour will open the door to numerous architectural landmarks - the face of the city, which include modern ensembles, monuments, squares, embankments and boulevards. Among

the highlights of the tour are marine station «Morvokzal», the first church of the Black sea — The Cathedral of St. Michael the Archangel, balneological complex «Macesta», park «Riviera» and other notable sights of Sochi.

Return to the hotel.


DAY 2. SOCHI

Today we experience Sochi as a summer sport destination. Transfer to Akhshtyrskaya cave.

The cave is an important archeology site in the Western Caucasus. The cave entrance is located about 120 m above the Mzymta river (185 meters above sea level) with an eastern exposure. It extends 160 meters deep into the rock: first forming a 20-meter corridor, and then splits into two halls, 10 and 8 meters, wide. Further on, there is a sharp rise of clay, and two narrow courses, coming to a dead end. Near the cave entrance, there are two areas, connected by a 12-meter corridor. The cave is equipped with artificial lighting, stairs and steps.

Transfer to the Skypark.

Opened just before the Olympics the park attracts visitors from around the world. Sochi Skypark boasts the world’s highest Swing, world’s longest suspended pedestrian walkway, Russia’s highest Bungy jump (207 m).

DAY 3. SOCHI

Sochi is the summer capital, however it hosted the Winter Olympics, remember it is located in the mountains, when it is summer down to the sea, it is still snow in the mountains, usually the season is from October till May.

Transfer to Roza Khutor. Village in the mountains, newly built for the Olympics. Tour of Roza Khutor, we will get as far as 2000 meters above the sea level with the cable car.

Excursion of the ethnographical complex «My Russia».

Visit to the cultural and ethnographic center «My Russia», where you can learn about a variety of folk traditions of our country. The Cultural Center was built on the left bank of the river Mzymty, in its composition will be seven mini-towns built using elements of traditional architecture. On the territory of the unusual complex, visitors can not only visit the exhibition on the economic and creative achievements regions, but also taste the food and souvenirs.

DAY 4. SOCHI - MOSCOW

Check out. Transfer to the airport for a flight to Moscow.

Arrival in Moscow, transfer with guide to the hotel, check-in.


DAY 5. MOSCOW

Today we will get acquainted with Moscow, the capital of Russia, during a panoramic sightseeing tour of the city we will drive along the main streets and squares, make photo stops at the most picturesque places of the city and see the Red Square, Bolshoi Theatre, St. Basil Cathedral, the building of Lubyanka, the former KGB headquarters and many others. We will admire the exterior of the beautiful Novodevichy Convent, visit the famous Cathedral of Christ the Saviour, which has a tragic history of its own. 

Free time for lunch.

Visit Luzhniki Stadium - the main sports complex in Russia, and one of the stadiums that hosted the 2018 FIFA World Cup. During the tour we offer you to feel like a fan, VIP-guest, soccer player, coach and journalist - you will be able to visit the most interesting parts of the stadium, which are usually inaccessible to fans during the matches. You'll be able to discover the world of soccer from a new perspective.


DAY 6. MOSCOW

This morning we will visit the historical and political centre of Moscow – the Kremlin. During an unforgettable walk around the impressive territory of the Kremlin, the ancient citadel of Moscow, we will visit one of the Cathedrals, see the Palace of the President, the Tsar Bell and the Tsar Cannon.


DAY 7. MOSCOW – ST. PETERSBURG

Check-out. Transfer to the train station to take a high-speed train to St. Petersburg.

Arrival in St. Petersburg, transfer with guide to the hotel, check-in.


DAY 8. ST. PETERSBURG

In the morning we will make the extensive panoramic tour of the city, named "Venice of the North". We will make stops at the St. Isaak Square, the Field of Mars, Winter Palace, Kazan Cathedral and the Neva River embankment etc. We will end our excursion with the visit to the Peter and Paul Fortress, the historic core of the city.

Free time for lunch.

Visit to Gazprom Arena - St. Petersburg's main stadium and the home stadium of its local soccer team, Zenit. The tour describes the stadium as a large-scale soccer arena that has hosted matches at the highest level, including the 2018 FIFA World Cup, and as a concert venue, the largest indoor event space in Russia. You will learn about the modern technologies implemented during the construction of the stadium: a retractable roof, a rolling field, climate control and security systems. And, of course, you will visit the most interesting places and rooms under the stands at the stadium, such as the Zenit Football Club locker room, the Champions Tunnel leading from the locker room to the edge of the field, one of the VIP boxes and much more.


DAY 9ST. PETERSBURG

We will dedicate this morning to a visit of the world-renowned State Hermitage Museum (main building), one of the largest museums in the world. Its collections comprise over three million items, including the largest collection of paintings in the world. Among the treasures of the Hermitage are works by Leonardo da Vinci, Rafael, Tiziano, Michelangelo Buonarroti, Rembrandt etc. 


DAY 10. ST. PETERSBURG

Your transfer to the airport is scheduled according to the departure of the plane.
