START OF NAVIGATION IN ST. PETERSBURG

The long-awaited event for residents and guests of the city - the beginning of navigation in St. Petersburg! This year navigation will start on the 27th of April. It means that from the 27th of April it will be possible to enjoy excursions along the rivers and canals of the city again.

MIR Travel Company will tell you where and how to get there! The excursion is called the Golden Ring of Russia and passes through several Old Russian cities. The route itself was developed in 1967 with the inclusion of 8 cities: Sergiev Posad, Pereslavl-Zalessky, Rostov the Great, Yaroslavl, Kostroma, Ivanovo, Suzdal and Vladimir.

DAY 1. TALLINN

     

Meeting with the local guide at the hall of the maritime port terminal of Tallinn.


Panoramic visit around the historic center of the city where we will see such places of interest as the famous towers of Tall Hermann and Fat Margarete, as well as the Town Hall Square and St Olaf and St Nicholas churches.


Toompea Hill is where you will find a great number of historical monuments: Alexander Nevsky Orthodox cathedral and the Lutheran Dome church of Toomkirik dated 1233; the Estonian Parliament situated in Toompea Castle; and the Kiek-in-de-Kok, a tower museum built in 1475.


Return to the cruise ship.
