Visa support
For short-term stays in Ukraine (up to 90 days) visa is not required for citizens of the following countries:
Andorra Armenia Azerbaijan Belorussia Canada Euroipean Union Countries Georgia Island Japan Kazakhstan Korea Kyrgyzstan Liechtenstein Moldova Monaco Norway Russia San Marino Swiss Confederation Tadjikistan USA Uzbekistan Vatikan
Tourist visa is issued basing on invitation from travel agency and hotel vouchers confirming hotel(s) reservations. Vouchers might be substituted by hotel confirmations produced by hotels. The majority of Consulates accept fax copies of these documents.
Tourist visa can be extended on the territory of Ukraine. Some Ukrainian Consulates (e.g. in USA) issue tourist visas valid for 6 months, no matter what term is given in the application form and visa supporting documents.
1) Place of visa issuance (Warszawa, Toronto, etc.). 2) Traveler's visa is valid from this date. It reads Day-Month-Year (30-12-2002). 3) Visa expiration date. Visa is valid until this date. It reads Day-Month-Year (31-12-2003). 4) Visa control number. 5) Number of entries:

...... (2) - double entry visa (two entries only).

...... (M) - multiple entry visa (unrestricted within visa duration).
6) Type of visa:

C-1, C-2, C-3, B -Service and Business;

T - Tourism;

M - Visa for mass media representatives;

P-1, P-2- Private visa;

IM-1, IM-2 - Immigration visa;

TP-1, TP-2 - Transit visa.
7) Traveler's last name in Ukrainian and English (as it appears on your passport). 8) Traveler's first name in Ukrainian and English (as it appears as on your passport). 9) Traveler's passport number. 10) Traveler's sex. 11) Traveler's date of birth. 12) Traveler's nationality. 13) Host in Ukraine.
